Led by Thảo, this collaborative project with the children of Trúc Lâm village and AirHue residents was developed during La's residency in Huế, Vietnam, in January 2025. Guided by intuition and inspired by the rhythms of the landscape and playful interactions with the village children, this workshop—Tangled Dreams: A Moving Textile Sculpture | Một cuộc phiêu lưu khám phá giấc mơ rối rắm & cùng nhau điêu khắc trên vải—took shape organically.

We came together on January 26, just before Tết, to transform AirHue’s garden into a living dreamscape of collective imagination. Each participant crafted a unique ornament inspired by the plants and elements around them, wrote down their dreams and visions for the future, and then joined in a yarn-weaving game, sharing their hopes aloud as they passed the yarn from hand to hand. 

In just two hours, the garden became a reflection of our shared dreams—woven together, rooted in place, and carried forward by the wind.
